Terms of Use
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. By browsing it or sending us a quote request, you agree to them.
This site is not your project agreement
Read this part if you read nothing else. Any work we do on your home is governed by the written, signed agreement for that project — its scope, its price, its schedule and whatever it says about the finished work. Nothing on this website changes that agreement, adds to it, or takes anything away from it. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement is the one that counts.
Asking for a quote
Sending a request through this site starts a conversation. It is not a contract, it does not book a date, and it does not commit either of us to anything. We price work after we have seen the space, and nothing is agreed until it is in writing and signed.
Please send us only what is useful for that conversation, and keep it accurate — we plan around what you tell us.
Our photographs and words
The photographs, project descriptions, text and design on this site belong to North Carolina Pro Services. They show homes we have worked on, with permission. Please do not copy or republish them, and do not use them to advertise anything, without asking us first.
The photographs illustrate work we have finished. They are not a promise that your project will look the same, cost the same or take the same time — every house is different, and so is every budget.
Using the site
Please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Send false information, or submit a request in someone else’s name.
- Try to get into any part of the site that is not open to the public.
- Run automated tools against the site, or otherwise interfere with it working for other people.
What this site does not promise
We keep this site accurate and current, but it is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date, and nothing on it is professional advice about your particular home. If a page and a person from our office disagree, ask the person.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from anything you relied on here. This says nothing about our responsibility for work we actually carry out — that lives in the signed agreement for the project, where it belongs.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do so because it seemed useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what is on them.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is when they were last edited, and using the site after that means you accept the version you find here.
